Five-star senior big man Thon Maker has set three more official visits.

According to the 7-foot-1 big man's legal guardian Ed Smith, Maker -- who visited Kansas officially earlier in March -- has finalized plans to visit UNLV, Arizona State and Notre Dame.

Maker will begin with a trip to Las Vegas from March 18-20, then he'll hit Arizona State from April 18-20 before finishing up at Notre Dame on the weekend of April 25th.

RIVALS' REACTION...

Since he has already taken his Kansas visit, Maker could still set one more official visit if he chooses to and St. John's would be the most likely spot for a fifth visit.

Looking at the three visits he has now set, Notre Dame and Arizona State were expected while UNLV is a bit of a surprise. Given that the Rebels are still operating with an interim head coach in Todd Simon it means he's either been given an indication that he will at the least remain on staff. Still, the inclusion of the Rebels is surprising.

Arizona State has been looked at as one of the teams to beat in Maker's recruitment since Bobby Hurley took the job so that will be one to watch closely. As for Notre Dame, how much of a true shot they have remains up in the air.

With these visits set, Maker's recruitment is currently looking like Kansas and Arizona State may have a slight leg up on the rest of the pack.
