Majors Take Look At Demetrius Nichols
Demetrius Nichols, a 6-7, 190-pound swingman from Barrington, Rhode Island, is participating at an event in Springfield, Massachusetts.
Nichols is highly regarded by several Big East schools. Syracuse, Providence, Boston College, Connecticut, and Pittsburgh are of interest to Nichols.

He averaged almost 14 points a game, six rebounds, three assists, and three blocks last year as a sophomore. Most of the Big East schools have already watched Nichols play in person. Syracuse took a look this weekend.
Nichols scores most of his points inside and is working on improving his perimeter game. It appears that Nichols and Kirk Bunn are two of the targets that most Big East schools will look at this winter and spring.
But it's also important to note that neither Nichols nor Bunn have been offered by most Big East schools. This is a time for evaluation for most college coaches.
