MAC Program Gets Minnesota Forward

Isaac Rosefelt, a live-bodied 6'8'' 195 pound power forward from St. Thomas Academy in St. Paul, Minnesota, has verbally committed to Bowling Green, according to Ryan Thornton, one of his coaches with Team Minnesota.
"He really liked the coaching staff, and really felt comfortable with them," Thornton said. "He liked their system and the basketball atmosphere at the school."

Rosefelt chose the MAC program over offers from Boston University, Drake, Furman, and Lamar. He had visited Bowling Green officially in early September.
Rosefelt had fielded no serious overtures from college programs as late as mid-July. Over the last six months, he has made tremendous strides, according to his coaches with Team Minnesota. They regard him as the player in their program with the most upside. Clearly Isaac's best playing days are ahead of him.
Coach Dan Dakich is getting a quality person and student along with a blossoming athlete. Rosefelt carries a 3.6 grade point average in the class room, and has scored a 21 on the ACT.
