Luis Lemes Is Solid Combo Guard
Luis Lemes, a solid 6-3, 180 pound combo guard from Eastern Oklahoma State College in Wilburton, Okla., has enjoyed a terrific season thus far for Jimmy Voight's Mountaineer program.
Lemes, a native of Brazil, has been offered a scholarship by Evansville. In addition, several schools have called or come in to see him this season. Among that lot are Oregon State, Brigham Young, New Mexico, East Carolina, Southern Miss and SW Missouri State.

JUCO Junction/Rivalshoops.com had a chance to catch Lemes in action last winter at the Region II Tournament in Shawnee, Okla., and came away impressed with his shooting ability and leadership qualities.
According to Coach Voight, Lemes' father coaches in a pro league in Brazil.
Lemes averages 18 points per game this season for the Mountaineers, who currently hold an 11-3 mark and 3-0 mark in the Bi-State Conference.
