Lowry Likely To Visit 3 Schools

It's crunch time for the basketball recruits of 2004. Many high school prospects are taking in school or in home visits. And others are taking official visits. Kyle Lowry, who was simply awesome this past summer, is among those now narrowing his focus down in his recruiting process.
Lowry, an energetic, 5-foot-11, McDonald's All-American candidate from the class of 2004, stated: "I am going to visit Syracuse on September 19th and Xavier on September 26th. I am also going to visit Connecticut on October 3rd."

When asked whether he would visit Pittsburgh, Lowry said: "I am not sure right now."
Pittsburgh and Connecticut will be taking in home visits next week with Lowry. "After my in home maybe I will set up a visit there. But I am only sure about the three schools I have already set up."
And the three schools that appear to be in good shape are Syracuse, Connecticut, and Xavier.
Lowry is currently ranked as the 20th best player in the country in the Rivals150 for the class of 2004. He outplayed most of his competition this past summer and showed he is one of the best offensive players on the high school level.
