Lowry Keeps List At 5

Kyle Lowry only knows how to play one way -- at 100 miles per hour each minute he is on the court. Lowry was outstanding this past weekend at the Three Stripes tournament, an event his team won. He darted past defenders with speed and set up teammates with radar like passing.
"I am working on my jumpshot this summer," Lowry said. "I want to be more consistent in my game with my jumper."

If Lowry accomplishes this goal, he has to be considered one of the best players in the 2004 class. Because of these skills already in place in his individual game, Lowry has many high division one programs working him hard.
"Kansas, Pittsburgh, Connecticut, Syracuse, and Xavier are my top schools," Lowry said. "I don't have a leader now. I still want to take more visits before I decide."
Lowry, a 5-foot-11 guard from Cardinal Dougherty High School in Philadelphia, Penn., took a recent visit to Xavier (last month). He praised his trip to the Xavier campus. "I want to take visits to the other four schools before I make a decision," he said. "I want something to compare to."
Lowry added: "Each of the schools have a style I like. I like all of the coaches. That's why I need to see each of the schools before I make a decision."
