With commitments from five-star forward Chane Behanan and four-star prospects Wayne Blackshear, Ryan Taylor and Zach Price already locked up, most figured Louisville had shifted all of their attention to the recruitment of Deuce Bello and Quincy Miller. Thursday night, that logic looked to have been off as Rick Pitino and his staff scored a commitment out of Angel Nunez.

A six-foot-seven wing who first gained attention as underclassmen in New York City. Nunez has made his way to Fitchburg (Mass.) Notre Dame Prep.
He's got good size, a nose for scoring the ball and is comfortable playing the small forward spot. Because of his size, he can also be utilized as a face-up four man in a smaller lineup.
According to close Nunez family friend and mentor to Angel, Eric Martinez, confirmed the news.
"Angel decided to commit to Louisville," Martinez told Maurice Wingate of NYChoops.net. "He likes their style of play and Coach [Rick] Pitino has been like a father figure."
Formerly a four-star prospect, Nunez has the tools to improve his current ranking as a three-star prospect.
