Logan White Talks About Dayton Decision

Logan White, a 6-4, 167-pound combo guard from University School in Hunting Valley, Ohio, decided to stay close to home and pick the Dayton Flyers.
"I love everything about the school," White said. "It's in one of the country's top conferences, the Atlantic 10. Dayton always plays a tough schedule and they always have a chance to make the NCAA tournament."

White said he expects to see minutes at both guard positions. "I can play both," he said confidentally. "But it's up to the coaches on where I play. I will do whatever they ask me to do."
White averaged 16 points and seven assists last season as a junior. This past summer, he played for the IBC AAU team. "I really tried to work on my strength," White said. "I have been working out twice a day with a professional trainer. He is helping me build up my body."
Logan indicated to us that by the time he plays for Dayton in 2002-2003, he would like to weight anywhere between 180-185 pounds. "This would get me ready for that level of play," White said. "I am confident I can make that weight by the time I get to Dayton."
White told us he also considered at one time in his recruiting process SMU and North Carolina State.
