Lane Unlikely To Return

Big East sources tell us that swingman Darius Lane of Seton Hall University is unlikely to return for another year of eligibility. Lane could have returned for another season, according to NCAA rules.
Big East sources tell us that the Pirates are preparing themselves to pursue another guard with the extra scholarship. Seton Hall has been chasing St. Anthony's guard Donald Copeland, an excellent defender with three-point range on his shot. Rivalshoops.com saw Copeland play this past Sunday.

Copeland scored 16 points in the St. Anthony's win over Neptune High School for the state title head at the Meadowlands Arena in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Copeland hit several big three-pointers too to help St. Anthony's to the blowout victory.
Copeland is likely to visit Providence and Seton Hall before making a decision on his college process, according to sources close to Copeland.
