Landry: Four High Major Offers

2005 prospect Marcus Landry of the Wisconsin Playground Warriors and Vincent High School in Milwaukee already has four high major offers. The 6-foot-7, 205-pound power forward has a leader out of those schools as well.
"Wisconsin is my leader, and I’m also considering Marquette, Purdue and Illinois,” said Landry.

Illinois has not yet offered Landry, but he does list offers from Marquette, Wisconsin, Purdue, Iowa, and Wisconsin- Milwaukee.
On Wisconsin: "They have a great program. I am close to a few of their players already on their team. Boo Wade and I played together in high school."
On Marquette: “I like that they’re going to the Big East when I graduate. I also like that they are close to home."
On Purdue: "My brother Carl Landry will be playing with them starting next year, and it would be nice to play a year of college with my brother."
On Illinois: "I like that it's close to home and the fact that they have been a winning program lately."
RivalsHoops.com caught Landry in action Sunday morning against Jeff Adrien of BABC. Landry struggled physically against the much stronger Adrien, who will attend Brewster Academy next year.
