David Kyles, a 6-foot-3, 170-pound shooting guard from Dallas (Texas) Kimball High School, is looking hard at a pair of schools and could be a visit away from making his final decision.

Kyles was slated for a visit to Wichita State last weekend but didn't make it to the Missouri Valley Conference powerhouse. Nevertheless, the Shockers remain high on his list at the moment.
"Yeah, basically they are looking like the team to beat," Kyles said. "I'm trying to go and visit Baylor, too. That's basically it."
So what is so attractive about Wichita State?
"They have a lot of opportunities available. They are going to play some of the best teams in the country during my years there if I go there," Kyles said. "They said if I go there and work hard and show what I have, then I might have a chance to have a starting spot.
"They are always talking about that and about going to the tournament. I'm behind them when they go."
Baylor has jumped into the picture a little later in the game, he said
"Last month, they started really talking with my coach and showed some interest," Kyles said.
With interest from both schools, Kyles said he wants to make his visits before making any sort of decision.
"I want to at least see the campus before I commit or doing anything," Kyles said.
