Kostic Has Top 2
Ivan Kostic, a 6-7 forward from Croatia who plays with Jason Smith's Brewster Academy program, has a top two list of Coastal Carolina and Colgate, according to head coach Jason Smith.
This past season for Smith, Kostic found some minutes coming off the bench. At one time during his recruiting process, Smith thought Ivan was going to end up in the Ivy League. But he now has a top two, according to Smith.

With a qualifying test score already in tow, Kostic kind of grew on RivalsHoops.com the past couple of weeks in watching him play. He showed adequate ball handling skills for a player of his size, and was also effective as a spot up shooter.
While Kostic needs to add size and strength to his frame, Kostic is mobile enough to get out and defend on the perimeter. Should be a key target for many low-mid major type programs this winter.
Ivan has already achieved a 1200 on his SAT. He also claims a 3.8 GPA. So Ivan is all set academically. Kostic also plays for the junior National team for the country of Spain so he has seen his fair share of competition on an international basis.
