Kiril Wachsmann

Kiril Wachmann, a 6-7 forward from All Hallows High School in New York City, took an official visit to Iona last weekend along with his All Hallows teammates Marvin McCullough and Ricky Soliver, as well as Suffield Academy swingman Jeff Viggiano.
"It went pretty well. I really liked the school," Kiril said. "I liked the atmosphere, the team, and the coaches."

Kiril said he will likely visit George Mason soon. "I will most likely visit(George Mason) on October 26th or 27th. I might take another visit in the winter, or I might hold off until the spring."
Kiril, who played for the Washington Heights Warriors at the Connecticut Select tournament, told us he is likely to decide in the spring.
Wachsmann averaged 10 points and eight rebounds last season as a junior. Kiril's list includes Iona, George Mason, Marist,
Rider, and Princeton. Iona, George Mason, Marist, and Rider have offered. "Iona and George Mason lead," Waschmann said.
Kiril spoke about what he is looking for in a school. "I'm looking for a school with a good team, obviously, but also a place where I'll be able to play," he said. "I'll probably decide late, but that could change. I don't know."
Wachsmann, a resident of Manhattan's upper West side, is a strong student, carrying a 92 average. He scored 1140 on the SAT.
