King talks about visits

The last few weeks have been extremely enjoyable for Taylor King. The 6-foot-7, 215-pound small forward from Mater Dei High School in Santa Anna, Calif., recently returned from unofficial visits to Villanova and Southern California. King has plans to take several more visits throughout the next couple of months.
"My visit to Villanova and Southern California went very, very well," said King. "The coaching staff at Villanova treated me great and they told me what they would expect of me if I decided to give them a commitment. Villanova has great players and a great campus.

"My visit to Southern California was also very nice," he added. "I was impressed with everything that I saw during the trip. I was able to spend a little time with the athletic director and spent time with Coach Tim Floyd. I took a tour of the campus and saw the new arena. I plan to return to Southern California and play some pickup games with the players."
King, the No. 39 ranked player in the class of 2007, is planning to visit Syracuse on September 15. Once that visit is complete, the 6-foot-7 small forward intends to visit Gonzaga and Kansas.
"I am really looking forward to visiting Syracuse on September 15," said King. "I also plan to take visits to Gonzaga and Kansas during the next couple of months. I don't have actual dates set for those two visits, but the coaches and I are trying to figure out the best possible dates. I was going to visit Washington, but I have not heard from the coaching staff in quite some time.
"I really hope to visit six or seven more schools during the next couple of months," he added. "I hope to have everything finalized as soon as possible."
