Kevin Young Has High Major Interest
Kevin Young, a big-bodied 6-10, 274 pound center from Berkshire H.S. in Homestead, Fla., has seen interest from a number of high major programs entering the July evaluation period.
Young had some fine moments at the recent NBA Players Association Camp in Washington D.C. While he'll never be fast or explosively athletic at his current weight, Young has good hands and decent touch around the basket.

Young told the Insiders Report that he has been contacted by Florida State, Missouri, Miami, Louisville, South Florida, Alabama, Auburn, Florida and Louisiana State.
A native of Kingston, Jamaica, Young averaged 10 points, nine rebounds and three blocks per game as a junior at Berkshire.
Young will attend the Nike All-American Camp in Indianapolis, followed by the Great American Shootout in Denton, Tex., with the Tallahassee Wildcats.
He will end the month playing with the Wildcats at the AAU Super Showcase and AAU Nationals in Lake Buena, Vista, Fla.
