Kevin Bookout, a 6-8, 250-pound inside, banging type of forward, is still trying to decide between Oklahoma and Oklahoma State, according to Kevin's family. Kevin's mom told us that as of today, no decision has been made.

"He might or might not have a decision in the Fall," Kevin's mom stated. "At the earliest it would be next week."

Next week is the start of the Fall signing period. It runs from November 14th-21st.

Kevin is one of the more valuable players still left in the class of 2002. Kevin, an outstanding person as well, is a great team player who shuns statistical awards in favor of wins. He hails from Stroud High School in Oklahoma. He also previously considered Arkansas, Tennessee, and Kansas. After Kansas got a couple of players they were eliminated.

Bookout can also throw a baseball over 90 miles per hour and can toss a shotput and disc with the best of them.
