Kaminsky finds his fit

Frank Kaminsky, a 2011 prospect, had his stock on the rise this spring, but he will be off the board when he hits the circuit in July.
Kaminsky, a 6-foot-10, 220-pound center from Lisle (Ill.) Benet Academy, has found his fit at Wisconsin.

"I visited Wisconsin two times, and I knew it was the right place for me," said Kaminsky. "I like the offense, it's close to home and I like the conference."
At 6-10, one of Kaminsky's strengths is shooting the ball from the outside, and he expects to utilize this skill at Wisconsin.
"They want me to play like more like a power forward more than a center because I can shoot well," he said. "The way the offense works, I'll have the opportunity to go inside and outside."
Kaminsky had also visited Northwestern and DePaul, and both had offered. Notre Dame and Indiana were also under consideration.
"I was going to visit Notre Dame and Indiana, but I knew I would choose Wisconsin," he said. "I didn't want to prolong my recruitment, and I know it wouldn't do anyone any good to take more visits."
