SCOTTSDALE. Ariz. – One half of the twin tandem fathered by Arizona State legend Eddie House, Kaden House has had an impressive last few months. After a strong close to the EYBL season, the class-of-2026 prospect is off to a hot start to his sophomore season.
He and his twin brother, Kalek House, recently scored 24 points a piece and combined to shoot 18-for-28 from the floor to lift their Scottsdale (Ariz.) Desert Mountain squad to an overtime victory at the Hoophall West Invitational. Following the game, Rivals caught up with Kayden House to discuss where his recruitment stands and his unofficial visits to both Arizona and Arizona State.

IN HIS OWN WORDS
ON IF HIS ARIZONA STATE OFFER FEELS SPECIAL BECAUSE OF HIS DAD’S LEGACY
“It’s really special to me because of what my dad did there. It’s a big offer, but there are a lot of special schools. My uncle went to U of A, so that’s special to me too. Then, I have my brother at New Mexico. So there are a lot of chances for me to carry on their legacies.”
ON EARLY UNOFFICIAL VISITS HE’S TAKEN
“I’ve been to UofA and ASU.”
ON THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN ARIZONA AND ARIZONA STATE
“I guess it feels like there’s more people out in Tucson because It’s a smaller atmosphere. There’s a lot of people that support the basketball team. I’d just say there are more people around.”
ON IF HE AND HIS TWIN BROTHER WILL CHOOSE THE SAME SCHOOL
“I don’t know for sure. We havenl;t totally decided. I love playing with him, though.”
ON HOW HE DESCRIBES HIS GAME
“I play really hard. I always rebound and always sprint back. I can score. I can pass as well. I think that sums up my game.”

RIVALS REACTION
Arizona State will almost definitely be a player until the end for both House twins, but the Sun Devils are no lock to land the duo. Arizona will also be a program to watch should it make things official with an offer. Other than that, it's impossible to say in which direction either brother’s recruitment will head at this early juncture. Both players will see their offer list grow exponentially in the years ahead, after all.
