Junior wing putting it all together

During his first two years of high school, anybody who saw Torian Graham take the floor could see that he had talent. However, Graham also suffered from inconsistent effort and results. More and more, the inconsistent performances look to be a thing of the past.
Now a junior at Raleigh (N.C.) Word of God, the nation's 26th ranked prospect has been working hard to achieve results.

"I've been picking it up in the gym and getting my game ready," the four-star prospect told Rivals.com. "I'm focusing on defense, ball handling and getting my teammates more involved."
One of the most explosive wing athletes in the country, the 6-foot-4 shooting guard is armed with deep range on his jumper. An electric first step enables him to lose defenders off of the dribble and he's a premier baseline finisher who also has a budding mid-range game.
"I can get out and defend in the passing lanes and I like to run in transition," says Graham of his strengths. "I think my quickness is a strength and I'm a real bouncy player who can shoot a mid-range jumper."
The offensive ability of Graham -- whose older brother Tyree plays at Rutgers -- hasn't been lost on college coaches. Graham says that Xavier was his first offer and others including Indiana, West Virginia, Marquette, Boston College, Miami, Nebraska, North Carolina State, Rutgers, Clemson, North Carolina and many more have been in touch.
So far, Graham indicates that he's not interested in cutting down his list. He doesn't plan to narrow things until he's hit a few events with the DC Assault during the Spring and for now, he's wide open.
But, as he keeps focusing on consistent performance, he will start looking at who else the schools recruiting him already have on campus and who they are recruiting.
"I'm interested in everyone right now," says Graham. "I'm looking at the guards they have coming in and the people they have coming in and the environment I'll be in. I'm looking for somebody who runs, somebody who gets out."
