Junior Juggernaut Leads Milford over Brewster
MILFORD, Del. -- Jamual Warren (right) and Roosevelt Lee may only be juniors, but the duo wreaked havoc on Saturday at the War on the Shore.
The talented underclassmen tandem, who will both suit up for the Vince Carter Playaz program next spring and summer, combined to doom Brewster Academy on Saturday afternoon in a surprisingly easy 91-83 victory.

Warren pumped in 17 points and racked up eight assists, but he simply couldn't be contained by the Bobcat defense. He weaved through Brewster with ease, scoring or setting up teammates with his dribble penetration.
Lee (left) was the beneficiary of Warren's backcourt handiwork, scoring on many fast breaks, as well as in the halfcourt set. He led all scorers on the day with 27 points and six rebounds, canning 12 of his 19 shot attempts thanks to a bevy of high percentage looks.
"It just came down to playing team defense," Lee said after the game. "It wasn't just individual work. That's what gave us our victory today."
Lee is a scintillating athlete who can finish with the best of them. While he projects as a small forward at the college level, he has primarily been playing power forward this season for the Falcons.
"I am playing both positions this season, but Coach Riggio needs me more at the power forward slot," Lee said. "When we have have a bigger squad, then I will slide over to the three slot."
A native of New Britain, Conn., Lee transferred into Milford this fall and was summarily reclassified as a junior. He wasn't a consistent presence on the AAU circuit in the spring or summer, so there may be a lot of scouts and college coaches who aren't aware of his potential and talent.
Still, there are a handful of schools who are well aware of Lee.
He told Rivalshoops.com that Memphis is his early favorite, and he is also considering Syracuse, Seton Hall and UMass as well.
With two more years ahead of him in prep school, Lee is hoping to make strides in his overall game.
"I am working on my outside shot and dribbling this season," Lee said. "I would like to be able to bring the ball up court."
"Slashing is what I do best," he added.
And on Saturday, Brewster suffered all of the injuries thanks to Lee and Warren's suturing of the Bobcat defense.
