JUCO SF Makes Decision
Dexter Lyons, a hard-working 6-5, 210 pound power forward from Daytona Beach C.C. in Daytona Beach, Fla, is expected to sign a letter of intent with Central Florida today. West Virginia has been mounting a furious attempt to convince Lyons to play in the Big East.
Lyons also considered at one time during his recruiting process Charlotte, West Virginia, and Memphis. Lyons also took official visits so far to Memphis and Central Florida.

As a sophomore this past season, Lyons averaged 13.5 points and 6.3 rebounds per game.
A very intense player, Lyons does most of his handiwork around the basket. He is a high energy player who brings a bit something extra to the table.
