Joseph Torches Proctor

Brewster Academy head coach Jason Smith described small forward Adrian Joseph's performance tonight as "awesome."
Joseph, a 6-foot-7 wing player who had a terrific summer in AAU competition, scored 32 points in leading Brewster Academy to a win over Proctor Academy, 128-95. "Not much defense played tonight," said Smith. "But Adrian was awesome. He was six for six from the three point line."

Joseph will attend Virginia next season along with Penn Charter point guard Sean Singletary in what is shaping up to be a great class for Pete Gillen's Cavaliers. "We play so fast," Smith said. And so do the Virginia hoopsters.
"Adrian should fit in great at Virginia," Smith said. "He has a lot of skills offensively."
Deion James added 22 points for the winners while Joel Smith and Marcus Hammond had 16 and Cedric Middleton chipped in with 15 points. Anthony Brown led Proctor with 38 points.
