Jordan worth the wait for St. Johns

It took a while, but St. John's is now on the board in the class of 2013. They certainly got some pop with their first commitment too as Rysheed Jordan picked the Red Storm.
Thursday morning, the 6-foot-4 point guard from Philadelphia (Pa.) Vaux took to his twitter account to announce that he would play for Steve Lavin at St. John's.

Currently ranked No.29 in the class of 2013, Jordan just recently finished a spectacular senior season where he led his team to a state title.
Big and physical, Jordan is very quick with the dribble and has significantly improved his jump shooting. His bread and butter is still getting into the lane to score and make things happen, but he's also developed into a fine defender and dangerous transition finisher.
Given his overall tools and the way he has played as a senior, Jordan is likely going to make a move up in the final 2013 rankings and be elevated from four to five-star status.
Jordan had also been considering Temple and UCLA before settling on the Red Storm.
