Demetrius Johnson, a versatile 6-4, 185 pound guard/swingman from Warrensville Heights H.S. in Warrensville Heights, Ohio, is hoping to take several official visits this fall.
Johnson, who played this past summer with Mike Duncan's Cleveland Basketball Club program, told Rivalshoops.com that he has been offered scholarships by Ohio University, Marshall, Kent State and Wisconsin-Green Bay.
Johnson won't take the ACT for the first time until Saturday, Sept. 28, but once he posts a test score, he is hoping to take official visits to several of those four programs above.
In addition to that quartet, Johnson said he's also been talking to the coaching staffs at St. Bonaventure and Iowa, but neither has offered to date.
Johnson said he's not sure if he will sign early or late, but we'll keep you posted on his situation as the fall unfolds, so stay tuned.
