Questions, questions, lots of questions. Reginald Johnson is asking them, receiving them and trying to find answers for all of them. The 6-foot-8, 285-pound center from Winston-Salem (N.C.) Prep is in the home stretch of his recruitment and is hoping to have his final answer in the near future.

Johnson, one of the most personable players in the nation, is a popular prospect for a handful of schools.
Miami made an in-home visit on Tuesday and Virginia Commonwealth visited last week. Johnson said Virginia Tech will visit on Thursday and on next Tuesday, Cincinnati is coming in for an in-home visit. Johnson added that Georgia and North Carolina are also keeping tabs.
Johnson will travel to Virginia Commonwealth this weekend for his first official visit of the fall. Miami will host the three-star center the following weekend. Virginia Tech will also get a visit, but the ACC has yet to set up a concrete date.
"I like a lot of things about these schools," Johnson says. "They've put a lot of really good things on the table for me to think about. From VCU, a good mid-major, to Miami, a high-major, I feel like they can all get me to where I want to go and what I want to be. Now it's a matter of my mom and how she feels about me going far away from home. It's stuff like that. I'm liking all of the schools right now."
The lifelong North Carolina resident said he is trying to figure out how far away he wants to go for school.
"That's the biggest question. Coach (Frank) Haith has to win her over for Miami. We'll see if that happens," he said.
The other question is what level will he be best served at?
"I think about that all the time," Johnson said. "I don't want to go somewhere that I'll be set up to fail. I look at VCU because coach (Anthony) Grant knows what it takes. He's been at Florida and he knows what it takes to win a national championship and win big games. That's why I'm going to give VCU a very hard look. They are in my top because he he proved that he knows how to beat some of those big dogs, which he did in the tournament. He helped develop some top 10 picks in the draft."
Virginia Tech Seth Greenberg has struck a chord with Johnson, he said.
"Coach is a laid back guy. He wants me to be a Hokie right now. He's been telling me about all of the good things about Virginia Tech. And even the bad things, like the tragedy. He's just real with me," Johnson said.
Georgia, Johnson says, is involved, but the Bulldogs may be finished with recruiting in 2008. Cincinnati has also made an impression.
"With Georgia, I think they are ready to make me a Bulldog also," Johnson said. "Cincinnati has been in and they want to recruit me. It was fun to talk to them."
North Carolina has changed things somewhat for him, too.
"North Carolina came in and watched me work out. (Assistant coach Steve Robinson) told me that he loved what I've done since the end of the spring all the way to Orlando. I've lost a lot of weight and he told me that he was impressed with me," Johnson said. "He said with Carolina it's all about timing with them. He came in and watched me work out. It's a big time program. Carolina is Carolina. They are going to be in there with all of the big time players. But I don't look at it like, 'Oh, I gotta go there.' I mean Virginia Tech beat them two times last year. I don't feed into that. But it's a big time look. It gives me confidence that I can play at that level. They don't recruit anyone, believe that."
While the Tar Heels haven't done much other than watch him workout, Johnson said he will take things as they come. In the meantime, he's ready to find some answers on his upcoming visits.
