Johnson Delays Decision Until Wednesday

Bridgton Academy head coach Whit Lesure told RivalsHoops.com Sunday night that Alexander Johnson will likely sign a letter of intent by 7 PM ET this Wednesday. Johnson is still trying to figure out which school is best for him -- Connecticut, Cincinnati, or Florida State.
"He hasn't made up his mind yet," Lesure said. "He hasn't eliminated any school yet. But he does plan on having a decision very soon, most likely this Wednesday."

A source close to Johnson told RivalsHoops.com Sunday night that Alexander has a school in mind but is still trying to be sure before he makes his announcement. Lesure would only say: "Right now, he doesn't have a clear decision or leader."
Johnson, rated the 16th best player in the 2003 class, has taken official visits to Connecticut, Cincinnati and Florida State. Johnson can help a program right away due to his ability to score from both inside the paint and around the three-point line.
