Jason Patterson - Long Distance Threat

Jason Patterson, a 5-10, 150 pound junior shooting guard from St. Patrick H.S. in Elizabeth, N.J., has enjoyed some tremendous shooting performances for the Celtics this season.
Although he possesses a willowy build, Patterson is quick and can be a deadly catch and shoot three point specialist. He is one of those players who defenses need to keep an eye on at all times, because if you give him daylight, he can bury you from deep.

A few years ago, St. Pat's had a shooter deluxe named Walter Price, but Boyle said that Patterson is quicker than Price, who wound up at Long Island University in Brooklyn.
With continued improvement and development, Boyle feels that Patterson will wind up at the Division I level. IR will keep you posted on Patterson this winter and into the spring, so stay tuned.
