Is Gardner Ready For Mizzou

Is a commitment coming soon for Missouri? Maybe. Thomas Gardner, the talented swingman from the state of Oregon, told us he may either make a commitment to Missouri this week or wait and take a visit to Kansas, scheduled for September 27th. "I am going to think about it this week," Gardner said. "I might make the decision this week. I just need some more time to think about it."
Gardner told us that Missouri is the school to beat. Connecticut trails along with Kansas. Playing time at Connecticut is limited, according to Gardner. "They have players at my position," he said. "I liked them on my visit but I also had a great time at Missouri. I like Missouri more."

Gardner visited Missouri from Sept. 6-8 and as of tonight, has a trip to KU from Sept. 27-29. He officially visited UConn back in June.
"Kansas is always going to be in the mix because they have Jefferson [H.S.] players on their team," Gardner said to us previously. "Players that I've played with and who it would be fun to play with again, so I wouldn't put Kansas behind anybody."
But right now Kansas is behind Missouri.
