Interest Grows For Combo Guard

Tim Wall, a 6'4'', 195 pound combo guard from St. Mary's High School in Manhasset, New York, is an athlete the academic schools and some low Division I's are monitoring entering the fall.
Wall has heard from "many Ivy and Patriot League Schools", as well as NEC and America East schools like LIU, Binghamton, and Albany. Tim had previously told Rivals Hoops that he had heard from Harvard, Yale, Princeton, and Holy Cross.

"Basically I'm open," said Wall. "I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet. I want to think it out pretty well and see what I want to do."
Tim will probably take some visits not long before the start of his high school season.
Wall, who averaged 11 points and 6 assists at St. Mary's last year, will likely attend The Connecticut Select Tournament at Sacred Heart University in Connecticut with The Long Island Roadrunners in September, as well as The Charlie Weber Tourney in Maryland with Dave Edwards' crew. Wall competed with The Roadrunners this summer. Tim will also participate in the IS8 League in Queens with his high school team and The Island Garden League in West Hempstead, New York, this fall.
Tim spent his freshman year at Chaminade High School in Mineola, also on Long Island, before transferring to Catholic League rival St. Mary's. His older brother Mike, who played at Chaminade, played collegiately at Monmouth and Quinnipiac.
Tim carries a 92 average, and has scored 1160 on the SAT.
"I'm going to take the SAT again in October," said Wall. "I have to raise that score."
