Huffman Listing Four

2005 prospect Jonathan Huffman caught the attention of at least one of the high major programs that are now in the hunt to land the 6-foot-11, 210-pound power forward. Huffman, out of Central Park High School in Montgomery, Alabama gave RivalsHoops.com a list of his top four schools.
“My top four schools are Louisville, Texas, Ole Miss, and Georgia,” said Huffman. “Ole Miss is the only school to have offered me.”

“Assistant Coach Dildy of Ole Miss recruited me while he was at Auburn. We have built a good relationship, and Ole Miss has shown a lot of interest in me.”
Texas, the newest school to start recruiting Huffman, saw him play at Kingwood and is now in his top four.
“Texas just started recruiting me since Kingwood,” he said. “I am looking forward to learning more about them.”
Louisville’s biggest draw for Huffman is Coach Pitino’s style of play.
“I like Coach Pitino’s style of play and how they push the ball.”
For Georgia it is a friendship with one of their incoming guards that has Huffman considering the Bulldogs.
“One of my good friends Louis Williams is going there, and I’d love to play with him.”
Possessing great length, Huffman’s ability to shoot and pass on the perimeter makes him an intriguing prospect. He does, however, need to get stronger to be able to finish plays.
“I am working on my strength and conditioning,” he said. “Right now shooting and passing are my strengths.”
