Holley Has Plenty Of Interest

One of the top athletes in the country is Jesse Holley of Roselle (NJ) High School. Holley has over 20 scholarship offers. He is being recruited by several schools to play both basketball and football.
Holley told reporter Tim Watts that Maryland, UCLA, Notre Dame, Michigan or Syracuse were among his top schools. However, this past weekend, Holley told reporter Russ Blake that Michigan, Syracuse, Maryland, North Carolina, Notre Dame, and UCLA are among his top schools.

In addition, Michigan State, Ohio State, Virginia and Boston College are right there as well, according to Holley.
Last season Holley, 6-foot-4,185-pounds, hauled in 44 passes for 865 yards and 13 touchdowns from the wide receiver slot and from his staring free safety position he managed 80 total tackles, including 50 solos and picked off three passes.
Holley didn't attend any football camps this summer due to his busy summer basketball schedule with the Newark Rams AAU travel squad. Last season at Roselle he averaged 19 points, eight rebounds and seven assists per contest.
