High majors tracking Pittman

Dexter Pittman, the 6-foot-10, 300-pound center from Rosenburg (TX) High School has seen his recruitment heat up as of late. Pittman recently conducted in-school with a number of high major programs within the last couple of weeks. Pittman intends to take all five official visits before making a decision about his future.

"Texas, North Carolina, Kansas, Texas A&M, Arizona State and Oklahoma State are some of the schools that I am interested in," said Pittman. "Coach Barnes from Texas, Coach Self from Kansas, Coach Sutton from Oklahoma State and Coach Evans from Arizona State are the coaches that have come to my school for a visit."

Pittman would like to take all five official visits before making a decision about his future.

While the 6-foot-10, 300-pound center hasn't given much thought to what five schools he would like to visit, Pittman does have two schools in particular that he intends to visit.

"I have not scheduled any official visits yet," said Pittman. "I would like to take all five official visits, but I don't know what five schools that I will visit.

"I do know that I will take visits to Kansas and Arizona State, but nothing has been decided after that," he added.
