Hickson set to announce
The race is almost over for J.J. Hickson. The five-star big man will announce his long awaited decision on Thursday at a press conference at Wheeler High School in Marietta, Ga.
According to Sandra "Peaches" Glass, one of Hickson's AAU coaches with the Worldwide Renegades, Hickson will decide between NC State and Tennessee.

Hickson, the No. 15 ranked player in the class of 2006, has officially visited both schools and was scheduled to visit Georgetown this weekend but cancelled that trip.
The Wolfpack made him their top target as soon as Sidney Lowe took over the ACC program. Bruce Pearl and staff shadowed Hickson since the spring. Both teams are neck and neck, Glass said.
Rivals.com will be on hand for the press conference on Thursday.
