Eugene Harvey, the 6-foot-0, 165-pound point guard from St. Benedict's Prep School is looking forward to taking some official visits in the near future. Once his season is complete, the three-star prospect will begin to set a number of visits. However, it appears that he and Lance Thomas might be looking to play their college basketball together at Rutgers.

"The season is going pretty good right now," said Harvey. "I don't know how many points, assists, rebounds and steals I am averaging, but I do know that we are having a pretty good year. We are 16-1 overall and playing pretty good basketball.
As far has his recruitment goes, Harvey is being recruited by a large number of high-major programs. As it stands right now, the three-star prospect is being recruited by the likes of Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, Miami-FL, Mississippi State, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, Southern California and Virginia.
However, after taking official visits to Rutgers and Southern California, Harvey indicated that he would like to visit a number of schools in particular.
"USC, Florida, Kentucky and Rutgers and Illinois are the schools that I really like right now," said Harvey. "I have already visited USC and Rutgers, but I do what to take some other visits before I make a decision.
"Lance Thomas and I have talked about playing together at Rutgers," he added. "We are going to try and make that happen, but nothing has been decided yet. It would be great to play with Lance, but if it doesn't workout, I wish him the best of luck. Lance and I would definitely love to play together in college."
