Harvard lands 2012 three-star

There's never been any questions about Tommy Amakaer and his ability to recruit. As his Harvard program has come to life on the floor, it's only boosted his already impressive recruiting. Tuesday, he and his staff added another nice piece in Evan Cummins.
A skilled four man with good size and athleticism, the product of Northfield Mount Hermon took an unofficial visit to Harvard on Tuesday.

By the end of his visit, the 6-foot-8 power forward and his family had seen all they needed and Cummins offered up a verbal commitment which was confirmed by his coaches at NMH.
A three-star prospect, Cummins has plenty of tools. He can shoot facing the basket, is an alert passer, is pretty good athletically and owns the type of frame that will be easy to add onto in the future.
Cummins is Harvard's first commitment from the class of 2012.
