Harris will sign with WCC school

One of the best sleepers in the West will suit up for one of the best programs in the West Coast Conference next year. Tim Harris, a 6-foot-3 guard from San Jose (Calif.) Valley Christian ended his recruitment on Tuesday night.
Harris committed to coach Randy Bennett and the Saint Mary's Gaels after considering Toledo, according to his Bay Area Hoosiers AAU coach Philippe Doherty.

The 6-foot-3, 185-pound senior is an athletic slashing guard that also excels on the defensive side of the ball. Harris is the first player to commit to Saint Mary's in the class of 2009.
Saint Mary's mined out one of the best players from San Jose last year. Colin Chiverton played at Archbishop Mitty. He is now one of the top freshmen in the ultra-competitive WCC.
