Hansbrough Schedules Final Visit

Tyler Hansbrough, the nations No.2 prospect in the class of 2005, has set his fifth and final official visit. After taking four official visits so far, the Poplar Bluff native indicated last week that Kansas or Duke would receive the final visit. RivalsHoops.com spent a little time with Hansbrough earlier today and is here to bring you the breaking news.
“I have decided to take my last official visit to Kansas,” Hansbrough told RivalsHoops.com. I just made the decision a few days ago, so I haven’t had time to set a date yet. I do know that the visit will happen pretty soon. I need to call Coach Self about a date, but I hope to have it done within the next few weeks.

“The decision came down to the visit I had with Coach Self last week,” he added. “He really had some great things to say and made me think a lot about the future. I have already called the Duke coaching staff and let them know of this decision. The Duke coaching staff will not be coming to my school next week.”
Hansbrough will likely make a decision about his future before the start of his senior year. The 6-foot-8 power forward will decided between Kansas, Florida, North Carolina, Kentucky and Missouri.
