Hansbrough Preparing For Missouri Visit

Tyler Hansbrough is preparing for what could be his final official visit before making a decision about his future. Having already taken official visits to Florida and North Carolina, the 6-foot-8, 220-pound power forward from Poplar Bluff High School in Poplar Bluff, MO., will spend the weekend with Quin Snyder and the Missouri Tigers.

“Yea, I am leaving for Columbia on Friday and will return on Sunday,” Hansbrough said. “I really enjoyed my official visits to Florida and North Carolina, so the visit to Missouri is something I am definitely looking forward to. I plan to give a commitment to a school by the end of my junior season.”

Hansbrough indicated that there is a chance he could take another official visit before putting an end to his recruitment. He went on to add that no decision about a possible fourth visit had been made, but it’s certainly something he’s been thinking about.

“I really don’t know if I will take another visit or not,” he said. “I have been thinking about visiting Kentucky, Duke or Kansas, but I haven’t made a decision about that yet. Once I return from my visit to Missouri, I will sit-down and consider all my options.”
