Greens Stock Climbs To Sky

Wesley Green, a 6-9, 260-pound center from Eustis High School in Florida, saw his stock climb to the sky the past month after his outstanding play during AAU competition. Green recently put his skills on display this week at the National AAU tournament for the Central Floirda PAL Force. The coaches that showed up and watched him play were very impressed.
Remember, RivalsHoops.com reported last June about this big man at the Rumble in the Bronx tournament. Green showed the fans and media that he can clear a passing lane for his guards by using his wide body. He then has the ability to do something with the rock when he has the ball in the low post. Green possesses a nice hook and some sweet moves to get to the basket.

What Green also showed at the Nationals is that he is a tremdendous passer in both transition and in a setup offense.
Green said: "I have been hearing a lot from Arkansas, South Florida, North Carolina, Marquette, Florida State, and Wake Forest," Green said. "But I am also interested in Miami, Alabama, Syracuse, Kentucky, Kansas, Kansas State, Stanford, and Oklahoma.
"I am going to make a Fall decision," Green said. "I think the ratings I see out there are wrong about me. I see a lot of guys above me who I have beaten up on. All I can do is go out there and do the best I can."
