Great Athlete Looks To Polish Game

Nick Stafford, a 6-8, 190-pound forward from Worcester Academy in Massachusetts, has several in school visits, according to Worcester Academy head coach Mo Cassara. The young and energetic leader of Worcester told us recently that Massachusetts, LaSalle, Memphis, Hartford, Boston University, and Providence all took some time out of their busy schedules to speak to Stafford and his future on the college level.
Stafford is an intriguing recruit because he is a great athlete. If Stafford starts adding more skill to his athletic ability, he can be a very good player on the college level.

Stafford showed some brilliant flashes the last time RivalsHoops.com watched him in person -- during the NEPSAC tournament. Stafford is well-built forward who has hops.
Stafford's big challenge as we mentioned will be developing an offensive game beyond five feet. Previous interest in Stafford included Notre Dame, Virginia, Georgia Tech, Villanova, Boston College, Connecticut, Clemson, Ohio State, and Maryland. The texture of these types of schools could change depending upon how much Stafford progresses during this summer.
