Graves Enrolls At Big East School

The Pittsburgh basketball program rounded out its 2003 class by replacing size with some more skill in the backcourt.
Antonio Graves, a 6-foot-3, 180-pound combo guard from Mansfield, Ohio, has enrolled at Pittsburgh. Graves was supposed to prep this season at Notre Dame in Massachusetts after playing last year at Mansfield High School in Mansfield, Ohio.

However, when Walter Waters, a big mand with a wide frame, was released from his letter of intent by the Pittsburgh staff, this opened up another scholarship for the Panthers to utilize for 2003-2004.
Graves is already in classes at Pittsburgh, according to a source close to Antonio. Graves had played this summer and did display the ability to handle both positions in the backcourt.
Many schools knew that Graves was eligible academically to play in 2003-2004. And Pittsburgh jumped on Graves after realizing Waters wasn't going to be available this upcoming season.
