Grady has plenty of options

When it comes time for Kelvin Grady to make a decision about his future, there is no doubt that it will be an extremely difficult one. The 5-foot-10, 156-pound point guard from East Grand Rapids (MI) High School also happens to be a star on the football field. Grady has spent a lot of time thinking about what sport, if not both, to pursue in college.
"My recruitment is going good right now," said Grady. "A whole lot of schools are recruiting me at this time. "Michigan, Michigan State, Xavier, Purdue, San Diego State and Penn State are just some of the schools that I like."

When he is not taking care of business on the hardwood, Grady is doing damage on the football field. Several high-powered football programs are recruiting Grady, the all-purpose back/athlete in hopes that he will ultimately decide to stick with football.
"Playing football and basketball in college is something that I have thought about, but I have not made a decision about what to do," said Grady. "I am just doing my homework on each of the schools right now and seeing where I might fit in best. I want to find the school that is the best fit for me."
Until the time comes for Grady to make a decision about his future, he is not going to spend too much time worrying about the future and what it might hold. With the basketball season underway, several schools have already stopped by the school to watch Grady in action.
"Most of the schools on my list have been coming by the gym to watch me play since my sophomore year," said Grady. "Schools like Michigan, Michigan State, Xavier, Eastern Michigan, Central Michigan, San Diego State, Purdue and others have been by to watch me already."
