Godwin Takes Fourth Trip

Troy Goodwin, a massive 6-6, 304 pound power forward from Allegany J.C. in Cumberland, Md., just finished up his fourth official campus trip.
JUCO Junction/Rivalshoops.com caught up with Allegany Head Coach Bob Kirk late last week, and he told us that Godwin was at Tennessee-Chattanooga this past weekend.

He previously visited Appalachian State, Virginia Commonwealth and Western Kentucky.
Kirk said that Godwin is closing in on a decision this spring. He could take one more trip, possibly to Miami (FL), before signing a national letter of intent.
Godwin averaged 13.8 points and 10.2 rebounds as a sophomore for Allegany as the Trojans reached the NJCAA Tournament for the second consecutive year. Godwin shot both 59 percent from the field and from the charity stripe.
Godwin, a native of Suffolk, Va., plans on making a decision in the very near future, and we will keep you posted.
