Gladdens Play Sparks Interest

Darryl Gladden II, a sharp-shooting 5-10 , 155 pound point guard from Life Center Academy in Burlington, N.J., has enjoyed a terrific senior campaign for the Warriors.
Gladden was at the top of his game this past Sunday at the Scholastic Play by Play Classic at Villanova, scoring 18 points and dishing out six assists in a 64-63 victory over Blair Academy.

According to his father, Life Center Head Coach Darryl Gladden Sr., interest in Darryl II has picked up significantly in recent weeks. Programs such as Fairleigh Dickinson, Liberty and Niagara have all inquired about Gladden, who recently took an unofficial visit to FDU.
Gladden has decent quickness, but what sets him apart from a lot of other point guards is his three point shooting acumen. When his shot from beyond the arc is falling, Life Center becomes an extremely difficult team to defend.
Gladden plans on making a spring decision, and Rivalshoops.com will keep you posted on his play and recruiting situation as the April signing date approaches.
