Georgia Tech snags local wing

When Brian Gregory took the Georgia Tech job, he did so knowing he'd be pressured to win some local recruiting battles. So far so good as the Yellow Jackets landed their second local on Friday.
Just a few weeks after landing tough shooting guard Chris Bolden, Georgia Tech landed small forward Marcus Hunt on Friday.

The 6-foot-5 Hunt is a product of College Park (Ga.) North Clayton who has a penchant for scoring the ball.
A physical wing who has proven to be a high scorer on both the high school and summer levels, Hunt should be physically ready to go at Georgia Tech.
An excellent finisher through contact, Hunt has also developed into a very good pull-up jump shooter and is a good athlete. As he adds consistency to his dribble-drive game and his shot selection, he has the tools to be a dangerous wing scorer in the ACC.
Currently, Hunt is a four-star prospect who ranks No. 91 in the country. Bolden, is a three-star who checks in at No. 126 in the 2012 Rivals150.
