Georgia and UNC Up Next For Bynum

Andrew Bynum, the No. 28 ranked player in the class of 2005, recently returned from an unofficial visit to Connecticut. The 6-foot-11, 170-pound center from St. Josephs High School in Metuchen, N.J., was more than impressed with what he saw, but is not ready to put an end to his recruitment just yet. Bynum still plans to officially visit Georgia and North Carolina before making a decision.
“My visit to Connecticut went pretty good,” Bynum said. “I really liked the stadium and thought the facilities were really nice. I also enjoyed seeing the campus because it was really nice. Josh Boone and A.J. Price were my hosts and it was cool to hang out with those guys. They showed me around a little bit and talked to me about the school.”

With one visit done, Bynum intends to take his two scheduled official visits before making a decision about his future. The No. 1 ranked player in New Jersey is set to visit Georgia and North Carolina in September.
“I am looking forward to my visits to Georgia and North Carolina,” Bynum said. “I really like the coaches from both schools, but once I get to visit each campus, I will have a better idea about each school. I don’t know much about either school because I have never been on their campuses.”
