George Jefferson Trying To Move On Up
George Jefferson, a 6-5 undersized power forward from Automotive High School in Brooklyn, New York, averaged 22 points and 19 rebounds and 5 assists for Automotive last season. "I'm hearing from Hofstra, Northeastern, Hartford, Rider, and Rutgers," Jefferson said. "As far as a leader, I'd probably say Northeastern."
Jefferson does not have any offers yet. "I have already taken an unofficial visit to Hofstra," Jefferson told us. "I want to take official visits to Hofstra, Northeastern, and Hartford in late October. I'm not sure when I'm going to decide."
George carries a 3.2 GPA and will take the SAT for the first time on November 1st. George Jefferson is a burly, undersized power forward. He has a great build, and dominated the glass in his high school league.
