Garcia down to two

Five-star prospect Angel Garcia is back in the States after playing in the FIBA U-19 World Championship in Serbia and spending some time in his home country Puerto Rico. And the 6-foot-10, 210-pound power forward from East Chicago (Ind.) Central High School is down to two schools according to his travel team coach.
"It's down to Indiana and Memphis," said CAPS All Stars coach Eric Cole. "They have both been with him the longest and even watched him in Serbia. Angel really appreciated that. Those two schools worked the hardest to recruit him."

Having already gained a solid familiarity with both schools, Garcia should have a decision soon.
"He's been to Indiana two or three times, and he visited Memphis over the summer," said Cole. "He's seen what he needs to see. A decision should come pretty soon like in the next month or so."
Despite Puerto Rico's inability to win a game in the World Championship, Garcia performed well averaging 13.8 points per game and 7.8 rebounds per game.
Garcia is the No. 27 ranked prospect in the Rivals150.
Angel Garcia scouting report:
An intriguing prospect with a lot of upside, Garcia has a terrific handle for a 6-foot-10 player. He can both take opponents off the dribble and shoot the deep ball. In the high post, he is also a dangerous passing threat. Garcia just needs to continue strengthening his body and to continue to progress as a rebounder and defender.
