Frederick To Announce Next Week

Each year in the recruiting process there are a few recruits that spin their heads around in a circular motion like the little girl did in that famous horror movie. This year Zam Frederick's situation can be expressed in that way.
Frederick, who first indicated he was going to make a decision a week ago and then decided to announce he was going to visit Kentucky, has now cancelled his visit to Lexington. Instead, as first previously reported here last week, Frederick will announce for Georgia Tech.

Frederick, who played this past summer with the South Carolina Ravens, is a player who has the ability to drop down long-range jumpers. He is rated as the 126th best player in the country for the 2004 class in the Rivals150.
Frederick, 6-foot and 215 pounds from Calhoun County High School in St. Matthews, S.C., has the skills to carry a team offensively due to his jumpshooting ability. He can dent a zone and was a big part of the Ravens' success this past summer.
