Franklin to join teammate at Oklahoma
Willie Warren isn't the only player from Fort Worth (Texas) North Crowley High School heading to Oklahoma next year. Point guard T. J. Franklin will join the Sooners as a preferred walk-on.
"T. J. has decided to go to Oklahoma as a preferred walk-on," said Franklin's father Thedrick Franklin. "On our visit there a month ago the coaches told him that he would be on the team and has a good chance at earning a scholarship the next year."

A very strong student, Franklin was receiving significant recruiting attention from Ivy League schools Brown and Lafayette.
Franklin is averaging five points and 4.5 assists per game for 8-1 North Crowley squad.
